Ali Raza Bhatti is an advocate with an unwavering commitment to justice and the legal profession. His journey began in 2012, when, after completing intermediate education, he joined INSAF LAWYERS at the District Court Khairpur Mirs as an Assistant Advocate. This early experience provided a strong foundation in legal drafting, case filing, and other essential court tasks.
In 2015, he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree while continuing court practice and later pursued LLB from Law College Khairpur Mirs, Shah Abdul Latif University, which he completed in 2017/18. These academic achievements strengthened both theoretical and practical understanding of the law.
After completing LLB, he joined GHANRO LAW ASSOCIATES in Larkana under the leadership of Mr. Ali Nawaz Ghangro, Advocate Supreme Court, and also worked briefly with Mr. Rashid Mustafa Solangi, Advocate High Court. This period was a turning point, as he later shifted from Khairpur Mirs to Karachi to achieve his goals and expand his legal career. In 2019, he cleared the Law GAT exam and was enrolled as an Advocate of the Subordinate Courts of Sindh. By 2022, he was enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Sindh.
On June 13, 2019, he joined Universal Law Firm, where he worked under the mentorship of renowned lawyers including Mr. Nasrullah Korai, former Assistant Sessions Judge and Additional Advocate General Sindh, and Mr. Muhammad Saeed Shehzad, a specialist in Anti-Customs and tribunal matters. Their guidance helped him polish his skills in handling complex legal cases and litigation strategies.
In 2020, he founded his own firm, A. R. Law Associates, in Clifton, Karachi. Leading a team of competent lawyers, the firm deals with cases under the Control of Narcotics Substance Act, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Terrorism, Banking, Customs, Civil, Criminal, and Family Laws. This step showcased his leadership abilities and entrepreneurial vision in the legal profession.
Alongside practice, he co-authored the Law Graduate Assessment Test (GAT) Book, a comprehensive guide for aspiring lawyers preparing for their licensing exam. This contribution has supported many young graduates entering the legal field.
Over the course of his career, he has appeared in more than 300 cases across various courts, including Criminal, Civil, Family, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Terrorism, and Anti-Narcotics matters. Many of these cases have been successfully disposed of, while several are still ongoing. His wide courtroom experience has sharpened advocacy, cross-examination, and strategic legal skills.
Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at Hertfordshire University, England, and also preparing for the Bar at Law, furthering his professional growth at an international level.
The early days in Karachi were among the most difficult parts of his journey, as opportunities were limited and challenges were many. Yet, through consistency, hard work, and honesty, he overcame the struggles and built a strong reputation.
His message to the youth is clear: never give up in life. Stay dedicated to your passion, and work with sincerity and consistency. Success takes time, but with persistence, it will surely be achieved.
